Anoop Surling is a Legal Consultant with over 25 years of experience spanning civil litigation, corporate legal operations, cross-border advisory, and NRI Legal Services across India and the GCC. He provides comprehensive legal advice to individuals and corporate clients in dealing with complex regulatory, commercial, and property-related matters.
Anoop’s career began in the courtroom, practicing as a Lawyer before the District and Sessions Court in Thiruvananthapuram, India, from 1999 to 2004, where he built a strong foundation in civil litigation and courtroom advocacy. He went on to serve as Legal Assistant at Nazih Group from 2006 to 2010, followed by a tenure as Operations Manager at Arab Laws Online from 2010 to 2012, gaining valuable cross-functional experience at the intersection of legal practice and regional business operations.
Over the course of his career, Anoop has developed particular expertise in e-commerce law, intellectual property, civil dispute resolution, and specialized NRI Legal Services—frequently assisting non-resident clients with cross-border property, family law, and corporate advisory needs in India. This combination of courtroom litigation experience and specialized commercial knowledge allows him to effectively guide clients through complex dispute resolution as well as the evolving legal challenges facing digital and IP-driven businesses.
Anoop holds a law degree from Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram (1993–1998).
