Sandra Mariya Koshi is a legal professional specialising in intellectual property, corporate, and commercial law. Sandra holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Trade Law, which informs her work at the intersection of IP, commerce, and cross-border trade.

Before joining ABS Partners, Sandra worked on a wide range of intellectual property and corporate matters. Her IP experience covers both prosecution and enforcement, from securing and managing rights to protecting them against infringement. On the corporate and commercial side, she has worked on contract management and corporate structuring, helping businesses put the right legal framework in place as they set up, grow, and restructure. Her experience also includes legal research and due diligence, where she helps clients identify and understand legal risks before they commit to a transaction.

Sandra has a particular interest in emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, and in how the relationship between technology, intellectual property, and business continues to evolve. She follows developments in this area closely, with a view to helping clients anticipate the legal questions that new technologies raise.
